1. About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling assets for our clients across a variety of digital and print channels. As part of a fast-growing web design agency, you’ll transform ideas into engaging visuals that elevate brand identity and support marketing goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with fellow designers, developers, marketers, and strategists to bring concepts to life—from initial design exploration to final delivery. With a strong sense of composition, typography, and color, you’ll create designs that are both aesthetically striking and strategically aligned with client objectives. This is a hands-on design role that blends creativity, technical skill, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
2. What You’ll Do
Creative Production & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple design projects in various stages, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure design deliverables are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, marketers, and strategists to ensure creative output meets both client and agency standards.
Concept Development & Execution
- Translate client goals, brand identity, and creative briefs into visually compelling design concepts.
- Create and refine digital and print assets such as website layouts, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Troubleshoot creative challenges and adapt designs based on feedback to maintain quality and brand alignment.
Quality Assurance & Design Excellence
- Ensure all designs meet Huemor’s creative quality standards for layout, typography, color, and usability.
- Review and optimize design files for web and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Continuously explore new tools, design trends, and creative techniques to improve design output.
Client & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with clients and account managers to understand brand vision, style, and design needs.
- Present concepts and design iterations in a clear, professional manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure final deliverables reflect both creative vision and technical requirements.
Professional Growth & Contribution
- Actively contribute to the creative team’s evolving best practices and processes.
- Participate in team critiques, sharing constructive feedback to elevate design work across the agency.
- Expand skills in emerging design tools, motion graphics, and interactive design to support evolving client needs.
3. What We’re Looking For
Need To Have's
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a web design, creative, or marketing agency setting.
- Proven ability to create high-quality digital assets across multiple platforms — including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Clear communicator who can present design concepts to clients and team members in a professional, engaging way.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Affinity for design work or related softwares.
- Proficiency in motion graphics tools such as Jitter, Lottie, and/or JSON.
- Familiarity with responsive web design and how designs translate across devices.
- Familiarity with compression/optimization of assets to perform best for digital products.
Nice To Haves
- Experience designing for eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
- Previous experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility best practices.
- Comfort working with website platforms.
- Exposure to basic HTML/CSS for communicating design intent to developers.
- Experience creating design systems or style guides for brand consistency.
- Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Slack, Loom, or ClickUp.
- A genuine interest in emerging design trends and a passion for continuous learning.
